Compost Now Up and Running

At todays meeting (Thursday the 8th) we assembled our outdoor compost. Now the compost can be used by anyone. We are going to try to progress our compost by putting compost bins in classrooms.

After The WACED experiment

After The Experiment:
We had huge sucess during this experiment. People recycled. We didn't gather any data though as there was too little to gather from. People seemed to be comming only for the candy and not for the benefit of the envirionment.

We would like to ask you: how can we improve on this problem?

Out next meeting will be on January 26th. Right after the last final. We will be discussing the logistics for the recycling experiment (WACED). Good Luck on your finals everybody!

Thursday will be our last meetings before finals. Our goal is to finish work on the WACED experiment and decorate the bins and alsio make some posters to put up when we are conducting the experiment. See you all there!

Meetings resuming on January 6th

The next meeting of the environmental club will be held on january the 6th. This will be the 1st meeting of the environmental club after the holidays. This meeting will be held after school at 2:15 p.m.

Resuming meetings in January 2011

The environmental club will resume in January 2011. Days of meetings are still unknown, but will be clarified after the holidays. We have one big experiment comming up. Have a happy end of the holidays everybody!
